This deposit of $208 ($200+card processing fee) reserves a WHOLE HOG for August 2024. The average hanging weight is around 175-200 pounds.

The cost per pound will be $5.00 which will be payable to us when you pick up your pork. All butcher and processing fees will be paid directly to the butcher at the time of processing.

The pork will be custom processed by Jerome Country Meats. You will get to choose which cuts and flavors you would like.

You will be contacted in early August with more specific information about your hog ordering process.
