This deposit of $156.00 ($150 +card processing fee) reserves a HALF HOG for June 2024. The average hanging weight is around 75-100 pounds.
The cost per pound will be $5.50 which will be payable to us when you pick up your pork. All butcher and processing fees will be paid directly to the butcher at the time of processing.
The pork will be custom processed by Byron Center Meats. You will get to choose which cuts and flavors you would like, and even have the option to choose a natural curing method without nitrates/nitrites. You may visit www.Byroncentermeats.com to learn about their facility.
You will be contacted 1 month before the butcher date with more specific information about your hog ordering process.
