Butcher date is set for January 21, 2026. 
This is a deposit for a half hog/ approximately 75lbs hanging weight. 
Processor will be Byron Center Meats. 
Amount due at pickup will be $5.50 per pound (hanging weight)  payable to Blueville Acres Blueberry Farm.  Your deposit amount ($150) will come off of that final price.  
YOU WILL ALSO PAY ADDITIONAL PROCESSING AND BUTCHER FEES DIRECTLY TO BYRON. These costs vary depending on how you have your hog processed.
